What sets will be in play for Showdown Melbourne?

All sets will be in play for Showdown Melbourne 2026.

Best of prizing will be Non Foil Metal Legend Cards from set’s 3 - 5.

Friday side events will focus on Radiance, assisting players in getting the singles they need for the main event.

When are the other cities?

We are working hard to bring more Showdowns to Australia and New Zealand.

Showdown Melbourne is the only show for 2026. More information will be provided soon on the exact times and locations for 2027.

Will there be judge applications or a way to volunteer for judging at this event?

You are welcome to apply to judge via this form here: https://forms.gle/WpuAGGAvtacG2WZe9

This form applies to all Showdown Series events. Please note that due to high application volumes, only successful candidates will be contacted.

Where is it?

Arrow On Swanston - 488 Swanston St, Carlton VIC 3053

Full schedule out soon.

Are spectator passes available?

As the venue for this specific Showdown has limited space, there will be no spectator passes available and instead we will be reserving the space for Main Event players. Main Event players will receive a wristband.

Spectator passes will be available at future Showdowns when we have access to larger venues.

Will this event be livestreamed?

As this Showdown will be a 256 player event with limited venue space, we won't be doing a livestream. Future events will be bigger. We are working hard to get more for Australia and New Zealand.

Why is this event smaller than the RQ in Sydney?

Regional Qualifiers are large-scale events for thousands of players. The Showdown Series is instead a bitesized event featuring hundreds of players that provides another path to Regional Championship events. We are working towards having multiple Showdowns in more accessible locations.
